Lesson Plan Availability	Proficient Each day brief written plans were prepared prior to arriving at Parkwood and readily available during teaching time. Used planning time productively for the entire hour.	Basic One day a brief plan was not prepared prior to arriving at Parkwood and/or not readily available during teaching time.
