Summary & Reflection	Exemplary Clear explanation and rational for choice of genres. Reflection includes detailed insights and implications supported by evidence of engagement in the MGRP process.	Acceptable Explanation of choice for genres and reflection that includes some insights into the MGRP process.	Developing Explanation of genre choices shows lack of understanding about how genres extend the topic. Reflection is clique and shows little insight into MGRP process.	Unacceptable Missing summary or reflection.
Genre Choices	Exemplary At least 2 distinct genres that make sense for the topic; provide deeper meaning; genres work together to extend research and point of views	Acceptable Two distinct genres that show different aspects of research; one may lack depth reflecting only superficial level of information or point of view	Developing Two genres; show only superficial parts of research; genres do not reveal new insights apart from paper; lack of sense of thoughtfulness in selection of genre	Unacceptable Less than 2 genre pieces or choices of genre that distract from rather than enhance understanding of topic; little evidence of crafting to meet conventions of chosen genre
