For this assignment, you will take charge of class discussion for one or more readings on the date it is assigned. You should briefly cover key themes or arguments in the reading and lead the class in a discussion of 2-4 interesting, open-ended questions about the reading. Presenters are responsible for keeping the discussion going and should be prepared to offer their own insights into the reading. You should also design a brief class activity. A handout and visual aids are optional but also often appreciated/relevant. You should meet with me a week before to discuss.

This assignment offers you an opportunity to bring your voice and interests into our classroom in a more dynamic and applied way than the typical assessment. You will prepare a 5-10 minute "lesson" where you will present to our class an integral concept or aspect of the assigned readings.
