Basic Reflection concerning student language engagement strengths and weaknesses was given. Reflections were minimal or superficial.	Unsatisfactory Reflection concerning student language engagement strengths and weaknesses was not given.
Working Relationship	Proficient Reflection concerning the working relationship of the members of the planning “team” was given. Reflections were insightful and complete.	Basic Reflection concerning the working relationship of the members of the planning “team” was given. Reflections were minimal or superficial.	Unsatisfactory Reflection concerning the working relationship of the members of the planning “team” was not given.
Grammar structure	Proficient Reflection contains complete sentences and proper grammar. Reflection was submitted on time.	Basic Reflection contains a few complete sentences and/or proper grammar is used most of the time. Reflection is late but submitted within 24 hours of the due date. Typing	Proficient Reflection is typed using 12 point Arial, Times New Roman, or Courier font with double spacing and reflection is 2-4 pages in length.	Basic Reflection is typed using 12 point font size but not Arial, Times New Roman, or Courier font type or reflection does not use 12 point font. Paper is double spaced and 1-2 pages in length.	Unsatisfactory Reflection is typed using incorrect font type, size, or spacing. Paper is less than one page in length or more than 4 pages in length.
