This assignment is a way for students to reflect on how they are beginning to make meaning of what they are learning in the classroom and how that applies to their paraprofessional position in the field.

Each week students are expected to write 500 -7500 words to reflect upon the course. Each blog post must have, but is not limited to, (1) a reflection of the previous week's museum experience, (2) a reflection on weekly readings that illustrate a comprehensive understanding of all the previous week’s readings (this should not just be a summary, but also a critically examine the readings), (3) a question concerning the reading for the current week to be discussed in class that includes the reference to the reading and specific page numbers in question, and (4) a demonstration of how these contribute to or are exemplified in everyday life. In a sense, each blog post will be a story that explains the reading and museum visit through a personal experience.
